If you had sex after November period, then yes, it sounds more like you are just very irregular and taking the pills for one month confused your system even more.

ANY time you have penile insertion there is the possibility of pregnancy. So, if you are sexually active you could be pregnant. But going on and off birth control meds can play havoc with your period.
