    Inducer motor vibrate but will not move until turn it manually
    Hello, Would some good person out there help please.
    I have a Goodman Furnace, It has stopped running for 3 days. I found out that it blinks 3 times, Pressure Switch problem code, but realized that the inducer fan and motor don't run but made a lot of noise. So I manually turn it, it run fine to the temp. that was set. Once it is stopped it can not start again until manually turn. I am assuming that it is not the Pressure Switch but the Inducer instead.
    Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

    Can you tell us what kind of motor it is? Is It a n ECM motor, is it a permanent split capacitor motor?

    Highly unlikely it is even a PSC, much less an ECM. On some furnaces the inducer motor can be replaced while on others you have to replace the entire inducer assembly.

    I was going to guess an induction motor. There are plenty on eBay, make sure the numbers match. I just sold a Goodman inducer on eBay for $29
