    A pump with a power out put of 600W raises water from a lak through a height of 3m and delivers if with a velocity of 6 m/s what mass of water is removed from the lake in one minute ?

    Hint: Power = work accomplished per unit time. How much work is done raising 1 Kg of water by 3 meters? From that - how much power would it take to raise that 1 Kg of water 3 meters in 1 second? Now you should be able to get your answer.
