    My wife and daughter continually keep the lights on in the rooms, bathroom and bedrooms. Can I a switch that you can manually turn on and off and also will go of auto? Vacancy or occupancy. HELP

    Something like this ought to do the trick. I know they sell something similar at the Home Depot also.

    They sell motion and on -off combined switches as noted above. Some are motion only and shut off in 5-10 minutes.
