    I am a cuban. My parole expired. I applied for my work permit.
    I am a Cuban. My parole expired. I applied for my work permit. They said I needed a current I-94. I am afraid to go to uscis because I am afraid that they will take me into custody because my I-94 is not valid.How do I get a current I-94?

    Go into the office, sorry, it is a risk you have to take, if you are not current on the paper work. You may wish to hire an attorney to go with you, and help
