    Low temperature
I am a caregiver for a 74 yr old man with Parkinson's disease. His temperature tonight is 95.0 f. He had a toenail removed two days ago and I am wondering if I need to take him to the emergency department tonight or if there is something I can do at his house to help raise it??

How was his temp taken? If it was taken re tally, then yes, you need to take him to the ER.

If his temp was taken under the tongue, make sure he didn't eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes prior to taking the temperature.
