    Could you please make your question clear so that we have a better chance of giving an educated answer? As this question stands, I have no idea what info you're looking for.

    Also, I have no idea what breed you're talking about. Do you mean Australian Shepherd?

    Are you saying that the breeder will not let his/her puppies go to their new homes until they're at least 8 weeks old? If so, that's standard, and the law in most places.

    Many breeders will not home their pups until 12 weeks of age, which is even better for the pups, but 8 weeks is the youngest that they should be to leave their mother.
