    Title of this movie??
    On the first scene the husband make a rash car accident on a blonde woman that he was thinking this woman is his wife and she was cheating on him, also I remember a scene where his blonde wife was dancing with another man he goes to her and take her to a room and forced her to have sex with him,, what is the name of this movie, by the way I watched this movie on mgm abot 5 years ago

    At least part of your description brings the movie 'Shattered' with Tom Berenger, 1981 to mind. You might check that film out. The part about the car accident and the confusion aspect fit "Shattered".
