    Need to know
    My fiancé was in prison in the Cayman Islands 11 years ago for being in concern. He got deported back to Jamaica. We will be getting married I want to know once married will I be able to file for him. A concern fiancé

    My information tells me that 'being in concern' means being in proactive protection, and/or safeguarding.

    It is doubtful, with a serious drug charge, he will be approved for immigration to America.
