Hello! My name is Jen and a few weeks ago I noticed that I had developed a boil on the inside of my vagina on the left side. I was told to take very hot baths and rub something called Prid on the area. I did and a day later it busted. However, two weeks later it still is an very very small opening and is sensitive. I was told by a friend that the whole being there means that it is something still in there that needs to come out. Can someone help?! Thanks..

It can be several things, since it is still there, please see the doctor, as it can cause more issues

I had a boil once on my left hand. My ex wife told me to get some tumeric which is just a horrid tasting spice from the spice section in your grocery shop. You mix a little with water to make a paste. Put it on the boil and cover it with a bandaid. I slept overnight with it that way and the next morning the boil was completely gone. I was shocked. Apparently tumeric has many medicinal values. I am not saying this will work for you, but it did for me. You should go see a doctor.

No, don't think tumeric in that sensitive area would be a wise choice. Tumeric is one of the spices in Curry powder.

Outcome of using that in this particular area of the female anatomy would be a very unpleasant HOT sensation, similar to a BURN.

I do agree, Oliver, though, tumeric would have medicinal properties in other areas.

I agree with Tickle. Tumeric anywhere near the vaginal area would be a very bad idea. Ouch! Wish I could break this post up in paragraphs, but computer died, I'm on a tablet, and I have no way to make this post easier to read. Please bear with me. This boil could be anything from an ingrown hair to an STD. Only a doctor can diagnose this, and treat this. Any home remedies to treat, are putting the poster at risk.
