    I have severe congestion in my head, along with muscous and a severely stiff neck
    My stiff neck starts from my shoulder and rises up to above my ear, it hurts to where I can't turn my neck. I am constantly coughing up mucous.

    Go to the doctor or a clinic and see if you need an antibiotic. Crap in your lungs can turn into walking pneumonia quickly.
