Me and my boyfriend don't have sex but we play around sometimes, just the oral stuff. I'm over 10 days late, sore chest and cramping but no period. I have hyperthyroidism so if I don't take my medicine on schedule I don't get my period. I missed a couple days this month taking it. Is it probably just my thyroid messing it up? And he never got on me or anything and I make him wash his hands and stuff but who knows

If there wasn't any chance of semen/sperm getting around your vagina, you won't be pregnant. Most likely the lack of a period is due to your medical condition and missing your medication. It could be other hormones acting up as well, but the thyroid would be a common reason for period irregularities.

If you just do oral sex, there is no chance of pregnancy,

If he has sperm on his hands, those can transfer.
