Movie about a stolent baby
A while ago I saw part of a movie on TV where a man kidnaps a baby around Christmas because for whatever reason he and his girlfriend can't have one themselves. The authorities search for the baby while his girlfriend urges him to return the baby. If I remember correctly, the parents of the baby make a statement on TV urging for the kidnapper to return the baby.

So I remember watching this movie years ago and cannot remember it's name. I think it is a true story about a baby boy who was kidnapped and when his abductive mother dies her friend discovers the truth and goes about finding the boys parents. He eventually does and somehow a toy firetruck leads...

I saw it years ago when I was a kid I just rem,it was about a guy with a baby in an office with a huge globe I always thought the guy was bob hope but now I'm not so sure I've tried looking up bob hope movies on imdb but nothing seems to fit
I think it's a kid's movie, live action. The only scene I remember is with the couple trying to save the baby dinosaur. They are in a tent at night and are making out or something and the baby dino doesn't want to be alone, so it crawls in with them and messes up the tent. Any ideas? Thanks :)
