Since August of last year, my fiancé and I have had the worst luck in the world. The day we move into our place, we were so excited, then when driving, I blew the turbo in my car. Then after I get a bladder infection (I hate using public restrooms and always held it, so nobody do what I do!) Takes two months to get a new turbo and when it is installed, we find an oil and water leak, then that gets fixed two month later. After that it breaks because it throws a piston... great huh? Thankfully we had enough to buy a car. Then my fiancés financial aid does not go through yet because some idiot messed up, we had to pay soooo much for both our tuitions and books. Then we get a kitten, and he breaks his arm which costs almost a grand. Then I have to go to the ER for severe chest pain, well it took them 12 hours before they could see me and then the doctor sends me home telling me it is heart burn, WITHOUT even looking at me. I get a second opinion from my doctor, guess what, I had gall stones! Don't ask why or how I had them, I am so young and in shape so its weird... I don't know.. aparently they can be hereditary (sp).. anyway... then I go back to school and find out I had gotten dropped from two classes on the day I was in the ER because I missed ONE day. Nothing I can do about that. Had surgery. Then a couple weeks after that, my fiancés truck breaks in the middle of the night and we go and tow it back at our place. Turns out the timing got off so we bought the parts, and he put it on yesterday and guess what?? Another problem came up with damn thing! Oh and not to mention my previous posts about theft... which I will probably go to jail soon...

What did we do to get all this horrible "luck". We keep trying to tell each other "it will get better". It is hard to remember that when things keep messing up for us. The world is out to get us. Just wanted to rant and rave and blow some steam. I have that Frank Sinatra song stuck in my head, "That's Life." :rolleyes:

I just want to get up, go away for awhile and come back and everything be perfectly fine! Too bad we can't just snap our fingers and BAM everything is all right...

I wished for a magic wand for xmas as I wished to wave it and achieve some kind of normality. You are not alone and things will get better life appears to go in spasms of good and bad. I just keep reading different posts on here and boy can I tell you some of them make me feel a whole lot better.

Think positive!! As this can only bring positive affirmations.
