    Install heat plenum upside down
I had a heat plenum installed by a plumber in the return line as there is no space above current propane with AC furnace and since the plenum is know upside down, an electrician says he cannot wire it because the plenum breakers are upside down. The breakers in the plenum and not removable unless you drill out the rivets and turn over the breakers. I looked at is and I could turn them over. Question is: Can an electrician wire this just as it is with the breakers upside down.

In middle of Minnesota. From my understanding this setup is okay but not sure about codes for doing this. This is not a down flow made plenum.

    Thanks

To me a plenum is just a piece of duct work. Are you talking about a electric heat kit? It is against code to wire the upside breaker.
