Dear Sir,

I have paid part of the exam fee 15000/- and tuition fee to one organization. This is one month course, three months completed but course at to be completed. I unable to attend class and exam since I am moving out of Hyderabad.

I request organization to refund exam fee only because I am not registered for exam.
They are not refund my amount and informed audit is over & Fees once paid will not be refunded and transferable.

Please suggest me the best way to solve this problem.

The terms for course and exam refunds are usually spelled out in the contract you signed. Most give deadlines for refunds; some give partial refund deadlines too. I suspect that you are way past any deadline. Read your agreement. I doubt that there is anything you can do. Professors have been paid and so on, potential students may have been turned away - it isn't just a matter of closing their accounting.
