    Can your uterus deattach when not pregnant? Do you have to take meds for six months> My son's girlfriend claims this and

    No not true. She is probably thinking of a prolapsed uterus whereby ligaments become weakened and the uterus slips down into the vagina. This occurs at times when a woman has had a lot of pregnancies.
