Hi! Please help me, I'm getting really worried. Last September 21 I had an unprotected sex and I took nordette (4 caps) as morning after pill on that same day. The next morning I had terrible dizzy feeling and because of that intentionally took the 2nd dose (4 caps again) later than what it should be (12 hrs after) Few days after, I had this creamy yellowish white discharge that lasted for days. What is that? The problem is, until now October 13, my menstruation has not come and I'm really worried. Because of being too worried I checked the pills last night and gosh... I guess I took 4 placebo pills instead of active pills on my 2nd dose on September 22.

My last mens was on September 6 - 11. according to my mobile calendar I'm supposed to have mens on October 1. my mens before that was August 13 - 16 but I don't think I can trust that pattern because I also took nordette during August 6 so I think my cycle is in a real mess right now. Please help me.

I am not feeling anything unusual aside from a little abdominal cramps that happens when I laugh.
What are the possibilities that I could be pregnant? Please I need help.

Sure there is a possibility... no form of birth control is 100% effective. Neither are any of the morning after pills.

But you have to wait... its still too soon to test, and your periods are likely to be screwed up for a month or two.

This is what happens when you have unprotected sex when you aren't wanting to get pregnant.

Nordette, as a morning after pill is rated at 80 to 95 percent effective, not one of the most effective after morning pill.

If not taken properly ( like you) it is less effective.

So even if taken properly, you could be pregnant.

It is about time for a pregnancy test, so take one, with first urine of the morning, as soon as you wake up
