My and my girlfriend have been dating fro almost a year at first everything was good we got into are share of arguments and fights and sense school started she got into a lot of stress and pressure from school work sports and family and we didn't talk like we usually did and I was being pressuring also because it was my frist relationship so I was still learning I did everything a guy would do for there girl but sense then I just don't know what happened but one day I messaged her and I confronted her and said hey what's wrong and stuff she said she wanted to break up at frist be friends then revisit I fought for her and she is taking time to think everything threw and I honestly don't know what to do or how long to wait before I message her because I also called her today saying the parts where I ed up and I understand not but she said she needs more time to think and so its been today what should I do and how long should I wait before I text her or call her and what should I say please help.Sorry fro me grammar guys I'm just freaking out. Also, punctuation is your friend. Please use it. It's the difference between "let's eat Grandma." And "let's eat, Grandma."

Sorry guys I'm just freaking out. Punctuation makes it easier to understand what you are trying to say. Please use it.

I understand you are confused, but she wants to be left alone. Leave her alone. She says she is under a lot of pressure. Stop putting more pressure on her.

The best thing you can do now is move on with your life without her. Delete her number from your phone, block her from all social media. Get busy with your friends and family. Complete No Contact!

Well, I don't know her, but usually when girls say stuff like this, they are trying to let you down easy. So, most likely it is over for good.

I'm guessing you are in high school and this is your first relationship?

Yes it is my first relationship. She keeps saying its not you I'm ready to be in a relationship I have too much pressure on me and lets be friends because I don't want to lose you for good and then will see where you go from there and try to revisit the relationship thing.

When she says that she wants to break up then she's had a long time to think on this and has made up her mind. This isn't a "I think we should break up what do you think?" She already has her exit plan in place. She's trying to be kind but here is the harsh truth:
1). She's gone, there is no chance of being friends or getting back together.
2). If she says it's not you, then 90% chance it is you. There is something about you that doesn't work for a long term relationship. Does this mean that you did something wrong? Maybe, but probably not. She might have different expectations and honestly it doesn't really matter at this point.
3). She doesn't want to hear from you. Don't message her. Don't face book her. Don't e-mail her. Don't send a teddy-gram to her (it's kind of creepy at the best of times... ).
4). She's trying to take it easy on you. That trick never works. The relationship is over. Don't listen to her post-morteum of the relationship. Decide that for yourself.
5). If she's lost feeling or doesn't feel the way you do is code for she doesn't have feelings for you like she did. It will never get better.
6). You're changing yourself for her? For the love of god WHY?! If she doesn't love you for you, then why stay around? Why be someone or something you're not? Run away.

Heal. Get better try with another woman. It will be hard but that is the best for all involved. How old are you?
