    Good morning,
    Thank you for helping me. This has been a very rough year - am seeking a second grade teaching job for next year. Will this happen?

    You know what I'm pretty sure that you will get the job we need lots of teachers and you sound like a good one!

    If you sell yourself as being the best candidate for the job by having the skills necessary for it; have submitted an excellent cover letter, resume and transcripts; researched the history and background of the school where you have applied for a teaching position; have prepared yourself for the interview process and procedure, etc. Yes, it will probably happen.

    And, yes. Well-qualified teachers are needed right now.
