    Failed drug test on probation in Texas
    I've been on probation for nearly three years had my first dirty UA all I need is four months to get off probation what will happen to me now will I go to jail my charges were dwi I've completed all that was required of me

    Depends on the judge.. some can and do throw the book at people who violate their parol. You are at their mercy. But you are wrong on one aspect. One of the things required of you was to abstain from alcohol. You failed a test so its clear you didn't.
