    Forgery
My wife filed forgery charges again me. I was court ordered the use of a car. The tag was out of date in 2011 now 2014 she wouldn't help to get a up to date tag. The car is in he name ,so I signed her name for the tag. I didn't try to commit fraud. Can I be found guilty?

You cant tag a car that is someone else's name, yep forgery and fraud all in one. You should have gone back to court to get the courts to force her to register it

It is a crime and yes you forged her name. You can be, and most likely will be found guilty.
