    Will my existing acd effect my background check for a job
    I got an acd that will be sealed in October of this year. Will it effect my ability to get a job?

    Possibly, depends on what records are checked. This is not a criminal charge, like a misdemeanor or felony.

    ACD coming up in a job background check??
    So I have a job interview and they say I have the job as long as my background check is good. I have an acd that will be sealed in October. Will it come up in my background check for New York state?? Im worried and I need this job.

    It is possible, first, it will show up, until sealed. Even after it is "sealed" it will show up on background searches, that are for certain positions. And require government security clearances.
