    I had my tubes cut I have all the signs of pregnancy even a big belly can I be pregnant?

    Not common, but it does happen. How long have you been feeling possible pregnancy symptoms? To be showing, you would most likely need to be several months pregnant. Try a pregnancy test or see your doctor for a test there.

    You could. It's possible, but doesn't happen often. How late is your period? Have you tested?

    I have to get blood work for that.so if I have all the symptoms I could be pregnant cause I can't eat without vomiting and my breast are hurting

    Only way to know for certain if what you have been feeling is due to pregnancy would be to test.
