    W2 forms missing
    My wife had some problems with her W2 forms and now only has her copy.
    Can I copy that to submit with our returns or do I need the Fed filing copy and the state filing copy?

    You can make copies of your copy to file your federal, state and local tax returns with.

    Agreed! This IRS and states only want the info; just make sure the photocopy is legible.
