I replaced the battery in my JD L110 mower. It still does not crank. I am trying to locate the starter solenoid to replace it based on what I see as a possible reason. Can someone please post a picture of the engine compartment an show me where this is? I checked several websites but could not locate it! Thanks folks.

Well, you should be able to follow the big red wire from the battery to the starter to find it.

    Hi,
That is mostly correct. Follow the large red wire to the solenoid, left side of the dash, and there it will be. It proceeds there to the starter.
    Peace,
