Child Support-ex husband had new baby
In Indiana, the child support calculator asks if there are child-care costs involved. I am not sure if this means just for the children in question, or also for subsequent born children.

My ex-husband and his wife just had a new baby. Do I have to factor the child-care costs of that new baby into the child-support calculator?

No. That's his concern with his calculations.

I agree with Joy. What is wanted is child-care expenses for the child for whom support is to be owed.

No, the child care costs have to do with the child, who support is paid on.

What are you using a child support calculator for? Such things are GUIDELINES to give one an idea of what the courts will order for support. If your ex is remarried with a new baby, then your support award should have been ordered by the court when the divorce was final.

Are you thinking of going back for an adjustment due to increased expenses? Do you think he's going to ask for a modification? I'm just wondering why you are using such a calculator at this point.
