It's been 2 days I'm searching for this movie and I cannot find it's name and I forgotten the actor name :S

It's a about a dentist who becomes sick and goes to the hospital and after recovering they tell him he died for a short time his heart stopped... After going back to his normal life he becomes to see dead people who are stuck on earth and they start to ask him for his help so they can be relieved and go to heaven and at the beginning he ignores them then he helps them and he falls in love with a woman who's fiancé is the first one of those spirits who sees him.
