    Bathroom sink
    Pipe in wall that comes out and connects to other pipe. The lip is rated off. How do I get a pipe to connect to it out the lip.

    Pipe on will has no lip how do I connect another pipe to it

    I'll guess this is an older soldered chrome brass pipe. You don't have many options since the soldering rough was done before the wall was installed. If the wall is just a drywall, cut out the wall and unsolder the pipe, solder in a new one. Without removing the wall, I have had some success using a piece of PVC pipe 1 1/2", not PP and after careful cleaning and prep, epoxy the pipe over the outside of the old brass pipe. Then use a PVC flange to connect the p trap. Ideally the pipe should be replaced.
