Hi! It's been 8 days now and I have not had my period. I've taken three test already but they have all came back negative. I used to have lots of pregnancy symptoms but they have all faded. I still have dizzy spells or I am just dizzy all of the time and yesterday I had a really bad stomach ache that hurt all the way from my sternum to my belly button and it felt like something was pulling at my belly button. It was very hard to move or sit up straight. I've never experienced anything like it before! So that brings me to my question. Could I be pregnant or is there something else that caused me to have all of this going on and miss my period?

First off.. you have a LOT of misconceptions... first most of what some people call "Pregnancy symptoms" rarely are that, and most times unrelated to it completely. Particularly when they are things the very young and the very old experience with regularity, as well as men of all ages.

That leaves ONLY the late period. But even that isn't certain as you are only 8 days late. Every female will be late from time to time without being pregnant, or even having sex to become pregnant. There are a LOT of things that can cause that to be late. I'm not surprised at all the numerous tests you took were negative. You can't get a reliable test result until you are at least TWO weeks late.

If you don't take the test at the right time of the moring... it will likely be negative. You ONLY ever take one tight after you wake up, and you only ever take it the first time you pee in the morning. If you forget you have to wait until the next moring. I have to stress that because apparently based on numerous posts on this topic by a lot of different people... a lot of people don't follow the directions. YOU also can only read it within the timeframe in the instructions... meaning not before, and anything that time window happens means nothing.

Very little, if any, symptoms will occur after only 8 days. Probably a virus or something similar.

Periods can sometimes be irregular even if it hasn't happened before. Skipping a month may happen on occasion as well, but pregnancy should be ruled out if you are sexually active. Give it a bit more time and try another test if still no period, or see your doctor for a test there.
