    Tolet bowl rocks from side to side in a new house on tile floor over concrete floor
    Tolilet has always moved from side to side .replaced wax ring and bowl bolts . Could flange be to high or floor not level? LEAKS WATER ON FLOOR.

    Is the flange tight against the floor? Is there any space between the base of the bowl and the floor? What material is the flange? Has the toilet always rocked from day one? Back to you, Tom
