    Murray hydro-static lawnmower. wiring diagram ignition switch.
    Riding Murray lawnmower. Hydrostatic. I need a wiring schematic for the keyed ignition. The switch has a 5 wire plug, and then a single plug. HELP

    Hi,
    I most likely can link you to your exact manual including a fairly good wirring diagram if you will look under the seat an post the model number from the tag found there.

    I would have done that already. The tag is worn off.

    Hi,
    Then how about engine HP, Model, Type, Code(off the black and silver tag rivetted on top) deck size and machine color(usually red or green.) I can usually put it together from there. I ask these things since there are three five wire swiches. The original was designated the 21064 or 421064, but them they had to go and "muddy the waters."

    Most key switches for all brands are the same. AYP - Murray used same make switches.
    Craftsman Were built by Murray and AYP
