Hello

I had unprotected sex (oral & penetration) with a sex worker on the night of 20th August 2014!! What should I do? Should I get anti retro viral's? What about the possible infection of STD's - What should I get for those? How effective is this in killing all the STD's and HIV if I contracted them?

The time to think about that would have been before having sex with a prostitute. Was you drunk or on drugs at the time? EVERYONE knows thats one of the most likely places to get a disease, PARTICULARLY from protitutes who don't care enough about their own health to not insist on condoms. So in effect you have slept with everyone they have slept with.

There is no cure for AIDS, and there is no cure for certain STD's. You can only go to a doctor and get tested (though its too soon to know if you got AIDS from a test) and then you can only hope IF you got something, that it was one that can be treated and cured.

You go to a doctor or your local health department to get the proper INFORMATION and treatments AND abstain from unprotected sexual contact with ANYONE.

You cannot be diagnosed in just a day or two for anything but you can get information when tobe properly tested. Incubation periods for possible diseases varies.
