    Phone charges
    If I call a persons home phone in Ghana , will they also be charged for the call even though I paid for it here?

    Typical scam!! They will tell you they a personal phone charge and it builds from there.

    No it does not. Also, they can use Skype, or QQ or WeChat where there is no charge to anyone.

    This is the normal start of how the dating scams work.

    1. She is already married or has a boyfriend. This is a scam.
    2. She is doing this to as many people she can, all day and night.
    3. The object is MONEY.
    4. If you are told reasons she can't spend more time talking or seeing you online, it's because she's busy getting as many men as possible. Most men stop contact after requests for money start.

    Calls are charged from the originating phone. She is trying to get money from you by telling you that she is being charged as well.

    Run fast and run far from this "woman." You are being scammed.

    It's only a matter of time until she needs money for her sick mother and then she will want to come and be with you and will need money for the visa, passport, plane tickets, and of course, money to travel...and after you have paid and paid and paid, all you will have to show for it is an empty bank account because you will never see her.
