Doctor told me it's a mystery.
Hi was having symptom of breathing problem, dizziness, chest tightness, blood in cough, back pain, gum sore, 1 and half months ago what is this? My x-ray is clear, 1 and half months ago doctor told me its viral infection and it will be healed itself. I waited but it didn't went away. 2 weeks ago doctor gave me a antibiotic injection and I felt better up to two or three days BUT again felt same problem including blister and gum pain in mouth, what is this? Why I felt better with antibiotic injection? Today its became 1 and half months still I am having dizziness, tightness of chest, back pain, gum sore, blister near tonsil, breathing problem. But the strange thing is my chest is clear, my weight is normal, my sleeping is good, eating is good, BP is good, so what is this? IS it chest infection? If yes then why it didn't go with antibiotic? If no then what is this?

We can't diagnose you online but I would suggest seeing another doctor if this one can't figure it out.

As was mentioned, consider seeing another doctor if necessary. Also, different antibiotics are used for different illnesses. If your doctor is still thinking some type of infection is the cause, they may suggest a different antibiotic. You may also need further testing besides an X-ray.

Good point wondergirl, dental problems can result in physical illness as well. Consider all possibilities.

I can't tell you what it is or isn't as I haven't examined you, I don't know your medical history, and rules of this site (along with common sense) tells us not to diagnose people online. See another doctor and get a second opinion.

Bacterial infection of your gums could possibly cause what you are describing I would say.

An antibiotic should take care of a bacterial infection. If not, you need to consult with the doctor again or get a second opinion. Do you know which antibiotic was in the injection? Did he do a chest x-ray or any other tests?

I noticed gum problem after 1 and half month of infection. And 1 months ago I felt better for 2-3 days with antibiotic injection. I think antibiotic injection worked but not completely and do I need more antibiotics?

I did x-ray test which was normal and the antibiotic was I think amaxoclyne

Gum disease with serious teeth infection can result in infection graduating to blood and causing heart problems.

Suggest you consult another doctor and tell him your dental history.

    You need IMMEDIATE medical attention.

amoxyciline is a very mild antibiotic.

Okey but you know dentist cleaned my teeth and give me a mouth wash now my gum is not paining any more only I used to feel cold and hot in my teeth and gum. So you think its gum problem. Because my main problems are chest tightness, back pain and dizyness.

If you are having constant chest pain, and have probably had an impacted tooth, someone should put two and two together. I suspect your dentist was a quack. Where do you live and where was this dentist ?

Advise you not to wait for the blood work IF you are still having chest pain. My guess would be an elevated white blood cell count.

I am going out on a limb here. Policy on AMHD is not to diagnose as nothing can be determined on the net, but you came here asking for advise so here it is.

tickle said 'Gum disease with serious teeth infection can result in infection graduating to blood and causing heart problems.'

This is very true and I know it from experience. I had an infection in my jaw under a crown, and my dentist was absolutely useless. I went to a doctor and had x-rays and took stronger and stronger antibiotics for my cough, pain, and severe fatigue (could not walk up stairs, for instance). I got sicker and sicker over 10 months.

Two days after I saw a periodontist and he took the infected tooth out, I was 99% better. Like night and day.

It never ceases to amaze me how LITTLE many doctors know about such things. My dentist wasn't any better. He couldn't see the hairline vertical crack under the crown on xray, and chose to not believe my story. The periodontist LISTENED, made a flap in my gum to show me the crack down to the jaw, and it all took 15 minutes.
