Ive had the mirena put in for over 3 months. Ive been in pain all day every day pretty much. Unbearable cramps, and spotting and random bleeding. I keep getting fevers and spike in my mood swings etc. I don't know what to do or whether to get it out. Since when I got it in it was a horrible and painful experience and I was in emergency over night in so much pain. Do I get it out?

Im 19 years old and never have had children. Ive had an ultra sound and they said nothing is wrong with the position and it shouldn't be causing me pain.

You need to seek advice from the doctor who placed the Mirena.
