    Whirlpool ultimate care ii washer fills then nothing
    Whirlpool ultimate care ii washer fills with water then nothing. If I manually turn the knob still nothing

    It sounds like your water level switch or timer is bad. You will have to use a meter to find out which one is bad or you have a wire loose. After the water level switch switches power it goes from the water valves to the timer. The second part of the switch sends power to timer and on to the motor. Check it with a meter by blowing on the plastic tube while checking it with an ohm meter to see if it switches over the power coming into it like it should.
