Recently I found two or three small to medium size whiteheads on the inside of my vagina lip / entrance area. It's not sore at all - only sometimes when I have my period and I wear a sanitary towel. I have tried squeezing it - very uncomfortable and you have to squeeze the heck out of them - and only a white mush/pimple like substance comes out. Then after a while it goes hard again. Sometimes I find that they won't 'open' for anything to come out. It's just there. Rock hard. This little bolletjie. What can it be from and how do I get it to go away? (I have even used a rough kind of cloth - like a scourer - to try and 'break' the skin or make it go thin in order for it to pop or squeeze easier.. Please help.

Popping pimples or cysts around that area is a BAD idea. There are a lot of nasty bacteria that could cause an infection and it is a nice place for bacteria to grow. They're probably nothing but I would book an appointment for your OB to have them look at them and make sure it's all benign.

Hun, craven is right- don't fool with anything like that around your sexual organs. I haven't seen what you personally have, of course, but if you've been sexually active it could be herpes. Your description sounds a lot like the symptoms of that STD. you should see a doctor in any event- whether you think it's herpes or not (even if you're not sexually active). That's just what I would do.
