    My Fathers last gift to me
    Less than a week after burying my father my mother convinced me to sign my annuity back over to her.The probate attorney sent a copy but she stole it from my mailbox.He died about 5 years ago in Fayette County Georgia.I just want the paperwork.

    5 years ago and now you are starting to look for it? If you signed it over, not much you can do, particularly at this late date.
