    Company Capitalization
    AN existing company has multiple shareholders there shares issued in exchange for all the shares that each own in different companies (no cash) A new possible shareholder is considering a 15% ownership for 3,600,000. How does this affect the capitalization There are 1,000,000,000 shares authorized none issued yet
