    My washer will not move on to the next part of a cycle.
    My washer will not move on to the next part of a cycle. It would agitate forever if I let it, unless I move it on manually with the knob. Ideas?

    You need to replace the timer. The timer has a little motor in it that can go bad, but it's best just to replace the whole thing.
