I'm looking for the name of this film

Watched this movie about 20 years ago, the movie was probably made in the 70 or early 80s I suspect.

It's about a family who were trapped in their home, the temperature in their house was rising and rising, as they tried to leave & escape from their house they discovered that their was no way out, as the film progressed the couple kept seeing a symbol on almost every furnitures in their house, until they realised the same symbol was also on their skin.

The couple in the movie were toys, their owner locked up her doll house in the wardrobe.
