    Kostia-B
I bought a beautiful hand signed (in pencil) lithograph at the Salvation Army it is numbered 233 of 275 by french artist J Kostia-B for $65.00. It has a raised seal of Authentication and also a small news clipping about the artist taped to the backside of the frame. Was this a wise purchase ? I personally have never heard of this artist before. It is very very nice though. The clipping says that it is a Corsican Landscape saying "All of Corsica Sings Sunny and Alive", any help about the artist and or with an idea on what the Lithograph may be worth would be appreciated, thanks so much PS I am new here so I hope that I have done this correctly??
