Why does my hot water from my oil furnace not last ?
I have an older boiler (oil furnace). It seems in good shape. I just purchased the house. The hot water from faucets start very hot but after about thirty seconds fades to only luke warm and stays that way, even though the furnace is running, it stays only luke warm. The coil was recently replaced and did not help.
I also replaced the Watts mixer valve.
