    How much Jail time for misdemeanor marijuana possession charge if I refuse probation
    How much jail time would they most likey give me for misdemeanor marijuana possession charge if I refuse probation... I have not ever been in trouble here in sarasota Florida but I was in trouble 7 year ago and prior in Ohio for other misdemeanors... Mainly drinking related charges

    You never said you didn't.

    This is a global site. I know of very few members from Florida who might have the answer to your question. The best advice is to hire a lawyer if you don't have one already. You will have to find the money some how.

    You don't get to decide if you can afford one or not... the State decides if you can or not,. thats how it works. Of course you are going to find that out at your araignment. You generally don't get a choice when jail time is a likely outcome. Unless you are foolish enough to attempt to represent yourself and get a waver.
