Writ of Execution-Mobile home in park
Received judgement 12000, owe 8000 for damages in apartment. Spent retirement account purchasing mobile home to live in. It is primary residence. Many judgements, paying some on all. This judgement was escalated to being served writ for my mobile home (nothing to do with judgement or damages) Sister also lives in mobile home and has congestive heart failure. They have no where else to go and no money. He has already taken vehicle also. What can be done-or will they just be on the street?

Apparently you have some serious debt issues. However, if this has, "(nothing to do with judgment or damages)", why was the writ executed. For what? $8,000 damages to apartment and another $4,000 judgment? What happened to generate $8,000 damage?

I too am curious how that happened in the first place.

Your sisters medical issues also have no bearing on this.

What happened is you were sued, there was a court hearing, you have an opportunity to dispute them, the court issued a rulling, they won, the people you owed petitioned the court for a writ , and was granted one.

THey now have the right to get whatever money they legally can get back that's owed them, and renew that writ until they get it, if you die first, they get first dibs at your estate to satiisfy it before anyone else gets anything..
