Hunger
I used to go to school without eating till lunch at about 10:45, and now it's like I'm never hungry I put the food into my mouth and swallow, then the hunger just like, hits me hard, Ndebele I eat a lot, and I can't really tell if I'm full so I just guess and stop eating, and I STILL stay skinny. (Not boney, just regular)
