    Toro pull starter
    Toro recycler pull start pulls almost all the way out before engageing the engine to start. How do I repair?

    Take the shroud off & spray WD40 on the catches that pop out when you pull the cord. Start there. If you need help taking the shroud off contact me. Thomas
