    Why do I find it challenging to speak?
    I am 14 years old and a girl, and I noticed something weird happening lately. I have been finding it challenging to talk. I don't just mean that I don't want to talk, I find it hard to move my tongue and my lips, and I find it mentally challenging as well. I was a very, very late speaker, and throughout my life I haven't really been a chatty person. I have very bad social skills so I don't really need to talk, anyway. But, even with my family, I'll have days where it's hard for me to talk. I'll do anything to delay it because I find it so difficult, even if it's just a few seconds. Is this just a thing for my age?

    Your problem doesn't fall within any medical issues that I know of. Do your parents encourage your viewpoint; do you have a problem talking in class, or with your friends ?
