Landlord wants to buy out lease due to mold found
I have been in a hotel now for 7 days while the contractor has tried to fix the floors from a water leak, kill and clean the mold. Isn't the landlord responsible for putting us up in a place while they are trying to fix house? I have paid all my rent due and then some for a place to stay. Now the place is uninhabitable and we are homeless. I don't know what I should do. Take whatever he suggests even if it would not relocate me?

Not necessarily. This is something that would normally be covered by your renter's insurance. If he wants to buy you of the lease, you can try negotiating. I would not accept anything less than 2 months rent and relocation costs.
